It was inevitable. A food post. I'm actually surprised it took so long.




White Trash Fast Food, located just blocks away from our apartment, specializes in "International" fusion.
As a slightly upscale "fun" restaurant, it housed our birthday festivities for Douglas.







Here is a picture of my mouthwatering "Warm Goat Cheeseburger". Do you see the HUGE slice of goat cheese? Topped with carmelized onions and a pesto-like sauce. Utterly delectable.




Douglas' birthday dish? Sauerbraten. And then? Surprise! Lemongrass Creme Brulee--with sparklers!!
